Protein Chia Chew Pudding

Eat, chew and enjoy!

  • Pour approx 2–3 dl water, nutmilk or your favourite liquid into a suitable container for mixing
  • Add 2–4 tbsp (15-30 gram) Protein Chia Chew Shake
  • Add approx 1 dl of any favourite frozen/thawed berries
  • Together with 1 ripe avocado
  • Mix the ingredients to a concistency similar to a pudding.
  • The chia seeds high content of gelatinized fibres retains liquid and will make the pudding thicker after a couple of minutes
