Eat, chew and enjoy!
- Pour approx 2–3 dl water, nutmilk or your favourite liquid into a suitable container for mixing
- Add 2–4 tbsp (15-30 gram) Protein Chia Chew Shake
- Add approx 1 dl of any favourite frozen/thawed berries
- Together with 1 ripe avocado
- Mix the ingredients to a concistency similar to a pudding.
- The chia seeds high content of gelatinized fibres retains liquid and will make the pudding thicker after a couple of minutes
